Public grievance is established for rapid solutions of a problem. This is a unit of General Administration System, which has all the powers for providing necessary solution. The main purpose of Public Grievance department is to solve problems related to all over the district. Now Korba district has the facility to launch the grievances directly to the public grievance cell at Mantralay through the Video conferencing facility provided by National Informatics Centre.

VC started at Korba on 15^th August 2004. The Main VCs conducted from Korba are Departmental VCs and Public Grievance.
